The Airport Resort, Darwin International Airport 2006

The Airport Resort, designed by John Berryman of Group 1 and built by Sunbuild, showcases Nortruss’s expertise in specialised project design, planning and delivery. 

Tiwi Gardens Lodge redevelopment, 2008

Nortruss was involved in the design stage of this project, providing technical roof truss information for site engineers. Nortruss has supplied project builders, Norbuilt, with roof trusses and building materials for 20 years.

Defence Housing Development, Lyons Estate 2008

Nortruss has the product range and supply volumes to service large scale housing projects such as the Lyons Estate development near Darwin. 

Residential housing

Our technical team has worked with designers and builders for more than 30 years to help home owners realise their dreams. Each home we build is tailored and manufactured to suit the owner’s requirements. We produce and supply steel frames, steel or hardwood roof trusses and all associated fixings.
